Refund Eligibility:

  • Monthly Retainer Services: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of the billing date. The service must not have been fully utilized for the month.
  • One-Time Project Services: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the project has not commenced or significant work has not been completed.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Exceptions:

  • No refunds are available for services that have been fully delivered or completed.
  • Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable.
