- One-Time Project Services: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the project has not commenced or significant work has not been completed.

- Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.
Exceptions:
- No refunds are available for services that have been fully delivered or completed.
- Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable.
